Founded in 2024, HANVOS officially put its Thailand production base into operation in 2025.
Our core technical support comes from a professional enterprise established in China in 2001, which has an experienced R&D and production team with years of in-depth experience in the hose clamp industry, focusing on the design, development and precision production of various hose clamps. Supported by this mature technical team, HANVOS products are widely used by mainstream automakers and applied in security communication, engineering machinery, hardware tools and other industries, covering markets across Europe, America and Southeast Asia.

R&D capability
Our domestic R&D Center has been accredited as a municipal-level technology research and development center, owning a top-tier professional team engaged in hose clamp R&D, design and manufacturing. It is staffed with more than 50 elite researchers, including senior technical consultants with over 30 years of industry experience. Half of the team members have more than 10 years of practical experience, capable of integrating structural R&D and actual production. We have obtained 2 invention patents and over 20 utility model patents, all of which have been put into mass production. Keeping pace with Industry 4.0 trends, the Chinese R&D team will further upgrade technologies covering 3D virtual modeling, simulation calculation, digitalization, informatization and semi-physical simulation verification, providing solid technical backing for HANVOS Thailand.
